Diary of an Abdominoplasty......

I've been in two minds whether to write this post.
I am having an abdominoplasty tomorrow. This is something I never thought I would have done in a million years!!!!!!
(Richard has been teasing me that I am a fully fledged Fulham yummy mummy now that I am having a tummy tuck hahahahaha!)
It all started off when I discovered I had a large hernia in the muscle wall of my tum after having baby Finn earlier this year. For ages I thought I had a weird phantom baby gurgling around in my tummy. BUT it was actually my intestines blurgh!
I have virtually nothing holding my stomach in but a thin layer of skin. Is this grossing you out? Mmmmmmm me too.
So I consulted various specialists about having the hernia repaired, they all said I would need an abdomino-thingy at the same time as the skin left behind would look pretty bad. So that's how it came about really. And tomorrow is the day!
FYI, this is my surgeon, Mr Adam Searle.

I think he is fabulous, although a little serious in this pic! You can read about what he has been up to lately here.

I have been wondering whether to show before and after pics. I am pretty shy about the state of my tummy at the moment.
But here it is..........

Girls, don't let it put you off having babies okay! This doesn't happen to every preggo gal.
Hoping I will have a fabulous after pic to post soon.
Over and out.

  6. I love before and after pics because the change is so obvious. I think this tummy tuck surgery it's exactly what you need and I'm looking forward to see the after pics:D

When I had breast augmentation in Toronto, this gallery with before and after pics convinced me I should have it immediately because the results are great. So maybe your before and after pics will convince other women to have tummy tuck surgeries.

  9. I’ve been surfing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be a lot more useful than ever before. https://www.surgeongate.org/michigan-plastic-surgery/michigan-tummy-tuck/
